Office Administrator Assistant

Job advertisement Draft– Office Assistant

NZN Projects Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic office assistant to join the team. This will be a full-time permanent role based in Auckland. You will be required to work for minimum 32 hours per week and maximum 40 hours per week. Suitable applicant will be offered $28/per hour.

You will be required to perform below duties:


Supporting with data entry, maintain record and handling documents.

  • Help with invoicing record and reporting tasks.
  • Manage day to day email and customer inquiries over the call and via email.
  • Manage digital files with accuracy using computer skills.
  • Covering the front admin desk by attending calls and visitors.
  • Maintain daily visitors’ record.
  • Assist team with their admin tasks.
  • Sorting out mails received, sending couriers and managing work deadlines in company calendars.

May perform receptionist duties.


What we are looking for:

  • You must be computer savvy and have ability to learn new system.
  • Good command on written and speaking English. Good communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A relevant 1-year work experience is preferred. Training is available for the right candidate.
