Who You Are: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy team member to streamline workflows and enhance business operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow with the company, take ownership of key operational tasks, and bring a passion for numbers along with fresh ideas to improve processes. In addition to operational strengths, you are also comfortable in client-facing interactions and understand the value of excellent service. You enjoy building relationships, representing the company professionally, and identifying ways to continuously improve the client experience while supporting the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Office Management
- Champion Best Practices: Drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Innovate: Identify and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Support Operations: Ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines and collaborate with internal teams.
- Analyze KPIs: Assess key performance indicators to fuel business growth.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely communication, smooth project execution, and a positive end-to-end experience.
- Enable Sales Growth: Streamline internal processes and collaborate across teams to support sales activities, improve client delivery, and enhance scalability as the business grows.
Financial & Bookkeeping Support:
- Manage Finances: Oversee accounts payable and receivable for timely invoicing and payments.
- Payroll Preparation: Handle government payments and payroll tasks.
- Reconciliation: Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Diverse Financial Tasks: Engage in a wide range of financial responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in accounting and office management.
- Tech-savvy with strong research skills for implementing new tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational process.
- Financial acumen in bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude; able to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to take on evolving responsibilities, including client-facing and business development initiatives.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Global taxation experience is a plus.
