Office Manager/ Client Support Administrator

Lighthouse Outdoor Lighting of Denver, an award winning outdoor lighting company, is looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our growing team. We specialize in designing high-end exterior landscape, architectural lighting, and holiday lighting transforming homes and businesses throughout the Denver area.
This is a full-time, year-round office position supporting our design and installation teams while serving as a key point of contact for our valued clients.
Job Summary
The Client Support Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for client communication, scheduling coordination, and administrative support across sales, service, and installation departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls from clients, prospects, vendors, and partners
Support lead intake, qualify and guide clients through our sales and service process
Coordinate schedules for designers and installation crews
Provide administrative support related to customer service, accounting, and daily office operations
Maintain and update CRM and contact management systems
Manage client communications, mailings, and follow-ups
Maintain calendars, appointments, and internal events
Social media management, posting and writing copy
Marketing planning and deployment
Partner cold calls/appt setting
Prepare, update, and manage reports related to sales, calls, and customer engagement
Inventory management
Skills & Attributes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - your smile must show through the phone!
Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Experience with CRM systems preferred (Jobber, Hubspot, Quickbooks)
Proficiency in google suite
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, systematic, and process-oriented
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Prior office or administrative experience preferred
Experience with Jobber, Hubspot, Quickbooks or related software
