Office/Accounts Administrator

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Office Administrator. This is a full time, permanent role.

Experience 3 years

Responsibilities:

· Managing phone and email queries

· General office administration duties

· Managing office diary

· Daily management of the computerised system – training will be provided

· Collection of debts

· Preparing monthly reports

· Accounts / bookkeeping experience an advantage

· Candidate must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

· Ad hoc duties which may arise in the day to day business of the office

Candidate:

· We are looking for a motivated person who is flexible, an excellent multitasker.

· The right candidate will thrive on maintaining high standards and understand procedure & reporting.

· both general administrative duties and specialized financial tasks, often involving bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable processing, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial records and reports. Key responsibilities include, organizing documents, maintaining databases, handling client and supplier payments, assisting with budgeting, and supporting overall office efficiency to ensure financial accuracy and stability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €32,500.00-€37,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
