The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Admin who will be responsible to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of our New Car Logistics department. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, passionate about dedicating to be part of a dynamic team, be able to adapt to shifting priorities, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge in an energising environment in a positive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will handle the processing of job cards, invoicing and generating of reports in/from the Kerridge system
  • You are responsible for processing the billings from the suppliers
  • Verify all suppliers' invoices against Purchase Orders and obtain necessary approval from managers. Collate and submit these invoices to Accounts Department for payment processing
  • Follow up with suppliers on any outstanding payment
  • You will be task to manage the documentation system of updating data, filing and storage of documents
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • You will also be assigned with other duties by immediate supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
  • Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
  • Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
  • Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
