Offset Printing Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage offset printing presses to produce printed materials as per job specifications.
• Set up printing machines, including plate mounting, ink adjustment, registration, and paper loading.
• Conduct quality checks during production runs to ensure accurate color reproduction, alignment, and finishing.
• Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to maintain print quality and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company safety policies.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on printing equipment.
• Work closely with the prepress and finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
• Keep accurate records of production output, materials usage, and machine performance.
Ensure adherence to production schedules while minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as an Offset Printing Operator, with direct experience operating offset machines.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality output.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
