On-Call Service Crew / Training Barista

Ayala Heights Drive, Brgy. Matandang Balara, Quezon City

Work Setup

• On-call / part-time position
• Must be available at least 2–3 days per week
• Wednesdays are a required working day
• Other shifts may include weekends depending on availability and store needs
• Minimum 7 hours per shift

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Pay: ₱200 - ₱250 per day
• Performance-based commission (additional earnings based on drink sales)
• Free meals during duty
• Barista training provided

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to Brew Stop recipes
• Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle cash and payments responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of the stall and equipment
• Assist with opening and closing duties when assigned
• Help ensure smooth daily operations of the coffee stall

Qualifications

• Honest, responsible, and reliable
• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Willing to learn coffee preparation and Brew Stop recipes
• Able to work independently in a small stall/kiosk environment
• Previous café or service experience is a plus but not required

Pay: Php200.00 - Php250.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 21.0 per week

Work Location: In person
