Woman Up Fitness LLC specializes in helping busy and ambitious women rediscover their physical and mental peak.

Job Overview:

This role is required to provide online prospecting support to Woman Up Fitness. This involves booking calls onto the sales advisor team calendar through using our messaging inbound & outbound scripting. Woman Up Fitness has hundreds of leads that need to be contacted, nurtured & booked onto the calendar for future sales calls.
The prospector will have duties in ensuring all tasks & KPIs are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Personal assistant to Head Coach.
● Lead Nurture Specialist Roles
● Call all leads in pipeline
● Follow up with all assigned leads
● FILL OUT YOUR SPREADSHEETS (SALES, ADS & CONVERSATIONS)
● End of day report in Slack/Whatsapp to your line manager

Qualities & Skills Required:

● Passion - a passion is required for the role. An enthusiasm and drive is required to help prospects get onto the sales calendar.

● Industry Knowledge
● Communication Skills - communicating with prospects on exactly how their problems, issues, concerns & goals are.

● Listening Skills - this is fundamental to understanding each prospect as they all have differing needs... Hear what the prospect is telling you and tailor your approach effectively.

● Self Motivation - a requirement everyday to achieve more than you did the day before.

● Self Promotion - in order to ensure the business continues to grow, you are required to make use of the web, advertising and your interpersonal skills to convince prospects to join the process.

● Planning & Organizational Skill - with multiple prospects, organization is critical to ensure you are not missing leads, conversations & opportunity.

● Being sharp & diligent online - fast & efficient between platforms to heighten volume of conversations & call bookings.

● Leading by example

Full Time Role - 40hr+ PW - Salary:

Probation period: Commission @ 7% for each closed-set dependent on the package enrolled on.

View to attain basic salary package compensation on view of performance & cultural fit at the end of probation period.
