The Role

We are seeking an Operations & Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support across the business.

This is an admin heavy role, central to the smooth running of the showroom and internal operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, systems driven and confident managing documentation, communications and coordination tasks.

The role requires someone who thrives on structure, accuracy and efficiency, and who can support the wider team in maintaining high standards across all processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Provide day to day administrative support to the showroom and management team
  • Manage incoming emails, enquiries and general correspondence
  • Prepare and format documents, quotations, invoices and reports
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and internal coordination

Operations Support

  • Support order processing and tracking of client purchases
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, supplier communications and deliveries
  • Assist with inventory updates and stock coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners regarding orders and delivery timelines
  • Support after sales administration and client follow ups where required

Studio & Showroom Coordination

  • Assist in maintaining organised showroom processes and systems
  • Support the preparation of internal documents and project trackers
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all administrative workflows
  • Assist the team in ensuring smooth communication between departments

Who We’re Looking For

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and systems management skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proactive, dependable and solution focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in administration, operations or coordination roles preferred
  • Interest in interiors or design is an advantage but not essential

Requirements

  • Must be currently based in Ireland
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office / email systems / basic CRM experience advantageous)
  • Professional, reliable and team oriented approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
