We are currently seeking a motivated Operations & Business Analyst to join our Stockholm team. This unique role places you at the heart of the Nordic startup ecosystem, where you will directly support our CFO by streamlining internal operations, refining key processes, and managing our portfolio community. You will also collaborate with our investment team on a broad range of operational and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Support the CFO and management team in compliance, reporting, and financial control efforts.
- Develop and optimize internal processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing reports for investors and key stakeholders.
Community Engagement
- Manage and coordinate initiatives, events, and marketing efforts that strengthen Luminar Ventures’ presence in the startup ecosystem.
- Build relationships and engage with founders, angel investors, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a key point of contact for communication and coordination with external partners, founders, and other stakeholders.
Sustainability & Impact
- Support both Luminar Ventures and our portfolio companies in driving meaningful sustainability initiatives.
Investment Team Support
- Assist the investment team with deal flow, market research, and investment analysis as needed.

Qualifications & Experience
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic results.
- We are looking for a candidate with 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-performance environment such as venture capital, consulting, or a startup. Experience in business controller roles or fund operations is also highly relevant.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and working independently.
Skills & Personal Traits
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interest in technology, entrepreneurship, and digital business models
Language Requirements
- Business-level written and spoken English; fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
