Operations Coordinator

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course
• With relevant experience in employee and client management, preferably in a manpower agency setting
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Available to start immediately

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to oversee and monitor operations within assigned areas, ensuring deployed employees are organized and effectively performing their duties
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings
• Prepare required internal and external reports
• Implement quarterly performance evaluations
• Address and resolve issues and concerns of both deployed employees and clients, providing appropriate solutions
• Prepare DTR (Daily Time Record) transmittals for pick-up
• Consolidate DTRs and ensure timely submission to the Finance Department based on deadlines
• Distribute payslips via email
• Perform other operational tasks as required by the department
