Operations Manager

Omaha Investments Limited, trading as The Bank Casino Cork, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of its daily operations. This is a leadership position requiring strong management, regulatory, and customer service expertise. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and efficiency across all areas of the casino.

Core duties include managing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance; monitoring financial results and cost controls; coordinating the casino floor, hospitality, and security teams; and implementing operational policies in line with company standards. The role also involves liaising with regulators, auditors, and suppliers, as well as driving initiatives that improve performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of operations management experience within the casino, hospitality, or leisure sectors, strong leadership and communication skills, proven financial acumen, and a detailed knowledge of Irish gaming regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
