Operations Manager

Qualifications:

✔ Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related field
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Experience in operations management (advantage)
✔ Willing to relocate if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily janitorial operations
• Develop schedules and optimize workforce deployment
• Prepare operational reports and analyze data
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies across all sites
