Operations Manager

Your area of responsibilities include;

• advising the owner on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions

• managing paperwork, records and information associated with undertaking projects and running offices and practices

• responding to inquiries concerning services and contracts

• setting, reviewing and controlling office functions

• support & supervise the the team, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards are mantained

• onboard and train the team, ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures

• coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance appraisals, payroll, training and supervision.

This is a full time role, managing a 7 day operation that will include night and weekend work.
