Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating the operational requirements of the KIST Park to the concerned offices of the University. This role ensures smooth operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective coordination among locators, academic sectors, administrative and government agencies. The Operations Manager also monitors the academic, research, and social engagement contributions of locators to ensure alignment with the university’s mission and ecozone obligations.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in computer applications and systems, with expertise in operations and facilities management.
• Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance (including PEZA requirements), policy implementation, process standardization, and budget management.
• Demonstrates strong communication, stakeholder management, customer service, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to lead daily operations, manage workflows, solve problems, make sound decisions, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a people management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications in management or real estate is an advantage.
