Operations Manager

We are currently seeking a highly competent and strategic professional to join our growing organization in an Operations role.

Job Summary / Purpose

The role is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end business operations, ensuring efficiency across logistics, distribution, warehouse management, finance coordination, and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Align business strategies, people, and processes to drive operational excellence
• Design, implement, and improve distribution and logistics systems
• Oversee shipment planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time delivery performance
• Develop and execute strategic logistics and supply chain plans to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels
• Monitor warehouse inventory accuracy and resolve stock variances promptly
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with HR for training and workforce development
• Ensure consistent communication between management and operational teams
• Maintain operational timelines, KPIs, and budget compliance
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Implement standardized operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure full compliance with required business and operational documentation
• Oversee overall business operations and inter-department coordination
• Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets
• Establish departmental goals aligned with corporate strategy
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for growth
• Perform additional duties as required to support business operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
• Strong background in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
