The Role

This is an amazing opportunity to work with a team of passionate hospitality professionals as well as be a part of a premium group of hospitality venues in Ballarat. We are looking for someone who is committed to imbedding themselves in the team and venue, connecting authentically with the Ballarat community.

We build teams who know how to deliver guest experiences like no other. Our leaders are expected to always drive the teams they support to create magical moments for every guest – big and small!

The successful applicant will:

• Understand how to deliver exemplary guest experience. This incredible venue will feel warm and welcoming with a casual tone of engagement. Underpinned by knowledgeable, professional execution.
• Lead & Coach a diverse team of people. Ensuring that team culture is guest focused, community led, and sales driven.
• Passion for product. Champion our beers and in venue experiences. Support the extraordinary team of chefs and guarantee you and your teams have a detailed knowledge of the product.
• Establish a healthy working environment for the team – enjoyable, educational, results focused and respectful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $74,000.00 per year

Experience:

• food and beverage service: 3 years (Preferred)
• hospitality management: 3 years (Preferred)

• Australia (Required)
