We’re seeking an Operations Manager in Home and Community to oversee client intake, service delivery, and team management for our Community Participation and In-Home Care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Community Participation and In-Home Care programs.
  • Resolve operational challenges to maintain seamless client service.
  • Oversee the intake process for IHC participants, ensuring smooth onboarding and a seamless handover to Case Managers.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and engage new referral sources to support growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, offer feedback, and identify training needs for staff development.
  • Manage incidents, complaints, and risks, ensuring prompt documentation and resolution.
  • Assist in analysing service trends and identifying growth opportunities for IHC and Community Participation programs.
  • Prepare reports on program performance for senior leadership and contribute to strategies for service expansion.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within NDIS, Aged Care, or healthcare services.
  • Strong experience across case management
  • Direct experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of client intake processes, risk management, and compliance standards.
