Operations Manager – Interior Fit-Out Construction

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with strong interior fit-out construction experience — a must-have.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects
• Manage site teams, procurement, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure quality and timelines are met
• Directly report to the CEO and make sound, independent decisions
• Streamline systems and improve project efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing fit-out or renovation projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong business sense and good judgment
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Background in construction management or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or senior operations role
