Operations Manager – Restaurant & Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant and accommodation business in Limerick. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and accommodation
  • Lead, train, and schedule staff across all departments
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest experience
  • Monitor sales, control costs, and manage stock and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Handle customer queries and prepare basic operational reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ management or supervisory experience in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience with stock control and food safety standards
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Experience in restaurant operations and/or accommodation management
  • EPOS and basic reporting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €36,605.00 per year

Work Location: In person
