Our Team
At VistaPrint Venlo, our Manufacturing Operations team is the beating heart of our European production facility. We’re responsible for running a state-of-the-art print operation that delivers custom products to customers across the continent. The VSO production department you’ll lead focuses on efficiency, quality, and continuous innovation, supported by a skilled and driven team.
What You Will Do
After an intensive introduction and onboarding by one of our experienced Operations Managers, you will take full responsibility for your own production area. In this role, you’ll lead daily operations, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement.
Manage daily production workflows and output to meet quality, quantity, and throughput targets.
- Use production reports and data analysis to guide decisions and drive improvements.
- Lead and coach team leaders, with a strong focus on feedback, growth, and accountability.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear operational actions and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee machine capacity planning and collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives as project/business owner.
- Represent your department in cross-functional projects and global Cimpress initiatives.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in using data to optimize processes and drive improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team leads or supervisors.
Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus, not a requirement.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in high-volume production environments
- Familiarity with production planning systems and digital workflows
Dutch or German language skills
