Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 AM to 5 PM MST or EST Time Zone
  • Weekend duty depending on the operational needs.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Manager with a Recruitment background to lead our support operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and support sales performance through structured reporting and follow-through. This role requires an organized, proactive, and reliable leader who can manage people, projects, and processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the Customer Service/Sales team to deliver exceptional service and help out in Recruiting.
  • Manage projects related to service improvement and sales support.
  • Create, analyze, and maintain accurate reports to support data-driven decisions.
  • Attend internal meetings, take clear notes, identify action items, and send them to the assigned individuals.
  • Coordinate, track, and follow up on action items using Monday.com to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, sales, operations, and other internal teams.
  • Resolve escalated issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Management and Recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong experience in project coordination and follow-through.
  • Analytical mindset with experience creating reports and interpreting data.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com and GSuite is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Has experience in Recruiting/Interviewing

Technical Requirements:

  • Own computer setup at home with dual monitors
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Backup device/battery and internet connection
  • Webcam (on-camera required during working hours)
  • USB-type headset with noise-cancellation feature
  • Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions
