Empower Family Chiropractic is seeking a ‘self-driven’, energetic Operations & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and assist with the patient experience, administrative duties, and marketing outreach in our well established Lake Travis Chiropractic Office. This is a career opportunity for an assistant in a busy doctor’s office, dedicated to helping families get healthy, and stay healthy. We are busy with a purpose! We have great hours, use the latest technology, and do not mind if you whistle while you work (Grumpy, ho-hummers need not apply).
We are a Pediatric, Prenatal, and Family chiropractic office, caring for all ages, from newborn to adults, with a neurological focus to chiropractic care. This allows us to care for the “simplest” (ie. neck pain, back pain, headaches) to the most intensive pediatric and adult cases (ie. special needs, neurodevelopmental delays, busy/overwhelmed moms/dads, autoimmune disease, etc). We do so by focusing solely on bringing balance to the central nervous system, which is highly specialized to the chiropractic adjustment, our detailed clinical approach and the approach to care plans offered in our office. Therefore, you MUST be a loving, caring, and patient individual who is eager and able to work in an environment bustling at any given moment with kids and families!
If you are someone with great leadership and communication skills, doesn't mind multi-tasking, has a willingness to learn and be flexible, and a desire to be part of a rock star team, Empower Family Chiropractic and our practice members are waiting for you to come shine in your own way here as our Front Desk Executive!
Smokers need not apply.

- Steps up to use initiative and solve problems
- Highly efficient and great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team of different personalities (our days involve but are not limited to: professionalism and seriousness, structured routine, organized chaos, lots of laughter and a pursuit of positive vibes…no debbie downers or ho-hummers please!)
- The ability and desire to accept necessary change when it presents itself, and a positive, encouraging attitude towards adapting to change
