Operations Support Coordinator - Telecom

Job Title: Operations Support Coordinator
Location: Remote (PH - Quezon City)
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM US Timezone

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and contribute to expanding technology for a better community.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Onsite Plant Engineers to identify and document tasks for on-time, budget-compliant project delivery.
• Track and balance revenues and expenses for each job.
• Monitor internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue.
• Manage invoice progression and ensure quality control before payment.
• Conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist leadership with special projects and reporting.
• Meet weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of work.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a construction/telecom environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams related to project builds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with telecom towers or fiber projects is a plus.
• Dependable and seeking long-term employment.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• Experience with AutoDesk, Adobe, OFS is a plus.
• Understanding of construction processes is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
