Optical Assistant / Dispensing Optician

Are you an Experienced Optical Assistant / Dispensing Optician who is passionate about patient care?

Because we use the very latest technologies - including Visioffice 3 - and pride ourselves on our professionalism, you'll have the tools you need to provide the highest level of care. We also have an onsite glazing lab and offer a wide selection of remarkable eyewear.

Desirable skills:

• Proficiency in frame and lens selection, including an understanding of different lens materials, coatings, and designs
• Ability to perform precise frame adjustments and repairs to ensure a perfect fit for patients
• Glazing skills
• A warm and patient-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport and trust with every patient.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex information about prescriptions, lens options, and eye health.
• A proactive attitude in guiding patients through the entire eyewear selection process, from helping them choose the correct frames to advising on lens features that best suit their lifestyle.
