Optometric Assistant/Receptionist

Our multi-doctor practice is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Optometric Assistant to join our growing team. We’re a fast-paced, progressive Optometry practice and eyewear boutique that takes pride in exceptional patient care and personalized vision solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Collecting patient data and images using advanced diagnostic technology
• Managing reception, scheduling, and online insurance submissions
• Communicating doctors’ treatment recommendations clearly and confidently
• Supporting our Dry Eye Clinic — experience with medical aesthetics or advanced patient treatments is an asset

Ideal Candidate
You’re someone with excellent people skills who thrives in a team-centered, technology-driven environment. You’re organized, computer-savvy, and genuinely enjoy helping people. Previous optical or healthcare experience is helpful but not required — we’ll provide full training for the right person.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• Only one evening per week, no weekends
