Order Management Specialist

Keep Orders Accurate, On Time, and Fully Coordinated

Fortem Cement Corporation is hiring an Order Management Coordinator with proven, hands-on experience in order processing and sales operations. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are properly validated, processed, tracked, and fulfilled in coordination with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams.
This position is intended strictly for candidates with direct order management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales order processing from receipt to fulfillment
• Review and validate order details, pricing, terms, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance for timely delivery
• Monitor order status, backlogs, and fulfillment issues
• Maintain accurate order records, trackers, and reports
• Resolve order-related concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure compliance with order management policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or Order Processing is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets; ERP or order system experience is an advantage
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willing to work onsite most days in Quezon City
