About the role
As the new Organisational Performance Officer you will support the Organisational Capability and Performance teams, spanning across organisational development, business planning, culture and employee engagement and project management, to achieve their objectives and you will be actively contributing to the outcomes that build capability and drive organisational performance.
You will play a critical role in supporting the team to reach their objectives and thrive in a team environment.
We are looking for someone who is an engaged learner with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is able to work through a range of focused and time sensitive requests. You will have outstanding attention to detail, are great at keeping stakeholders informed, and are well practiced at juggling multiple priorities at any given moment.
About you
We’re looking for a new team member with previous experience providing a diverse range of administration needs and who is:

Salary: Level 4 ($85,331 - $91,017 per annum, depending on skills and experience)
