Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome new patients; guide them through their first visit
• Conduct consultations and present orthodontic treatment plans
• Review treatment options, benefits, and timelines
• Clearly explain financial policies, insurance benefits, and payment options
• Coordinate scheduling of treatments and follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in practice management software
• Ensure a smooth, supportive experience for each patient

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and families
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a busy office
• Previous experience in orthodontic or dental front office preferred
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology preferred
