Otc Pharmacy Assistant

Due to our continued growth we currently have an exciting opportunity for an OTC Pharmacy Assistant to join the team in Limerick. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for community pharmacy and retail, OTC experience is preferred for this role. The candidate must have outstanding customer service skills, be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join a dynamic working environment. This is a 20-25 hour contract, with flexibility to work weekends & evenings. Availability to work up to 40 hours per week is necessary for this role when required.

The main duties of this role will include the following:

· Be involved in the over-the-counter medicine sales and orders.

· Advise and assist customers with over the counter products.

· Be customer focused with excellent customer service skills.

· Engaging actively with customers and provide a high standard in customer service.
