About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on engaging conversations, strategic outreach, and generating high-quality leads that convert into sales. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, using AI-generated data and lead scraping tools to drive results and support our sales closers with qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach using AI-generated and scraped lead data.
  • Engage cold leads and convert them into warm/hot prospects through strategic communication.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager and Closer to provide feedback and improve conversion tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations and lead data in CRM systems.
  • Communicate empathetically and clearly to build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Handle objections, think on your feet, and persuade leads to take the next step.
  • Manage high-volume outreach campaigns and conduct consistent follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or sales.
  • Proven success in engaging and converting US-based clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and lead tracking skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital communication tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and outbound sales strategies.
