Outbound Telemarketing Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through cold outbound calling, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and experience with technical sales or inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Utilize CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales progress.
• Engage in outbound calling campaigns to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

Experience

• Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while fostering customer relationships.
• Experience in technical sales or business development is advantageous, but not required.
• A proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
