Outside Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your expertise in outside sales to identify market trends, upsell products, and drive revenue growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for technology sales.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential sales leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Engage in direct sales efforts to promote products and services effectively.
  • Implement territory management strategies to maximize coverage and optimize sales potential.
  • Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
  • Experience in direct sales, particularly within technology sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and territory management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
