Outside Sales Representative

Pay Range: 100% commission-based. High performers earn 90k-140k+ in uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Use company vehicle to meet with customers on pre-qualified, company-generated leads.
• Builds rapport with customers and determines their desired expectations.
• Perform in-home inspections, offer a customized solution, and consults with homeowners for desired outcome.
• Provides a completed project proposal to the customer and follows up as needed.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in construction, HVAC, service industry, or other related fields.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time (dependent on business needs)
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to perform inspections in crawlspaces.
• Pre-employment screening: Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of a Motor Vehicle Record and Background check.
