Pay and Bonuses

Commission Only

• Make money from a percentage of each sale

Most of our team earns between $60,000 and $200,000 a year.
We also have daily and monthly bonuses and contests!

Your Job Will Include:

• Knocking on doors and talking to homeowners
• Climbing roofs to check for damage
• Helping people understand and navigate their homeowner's insurance
• Meeting with insurance adjusters
• Signing contracts with homeowners
• Setting and reaching monthly goals
• Being polite and professional

What You Need:

• A driver’s license
• Your own car or truck
• Be able to climb roofs
• A positive attitude
• Be a team player
• Good time management

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Stay positive and focused
• Go door-to-door and talk to people
• Work outside on your own
• Teach customers about roofing and insurance
• Find new customers in your area
• Build trust with the people you help
• Keep track of your work in our system

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
