Overnight Receptionist-Assisted Living

Colonial Assisted Living at Datura in West Palm Beach is looking for a responsible and experienced overnight 11pm-7am Receptionist to join our rapidly growing team! Assisted Living experience is a plus! MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK AS PART OF OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors at our community reception desk in a professional and timely manner
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and ensures all questions are handled and redirected to the correct member of staff
• Oversea the main lobby area and answer general questions from potential residents and inquiring families
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties for the community

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• One-Two years receptionist experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers and word processing software
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must enjoy working with seniors and ideally have some experience in this related industry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
