Overnight Stock Associate

We need staff to work as a Stocking Associate in a Supermarket located in Coral Gables.

REQUIREMENTS

• VALID WORK AUTHORIZATION, GREEN CARD OR US CITIZEN
• English or Spanish

POSITION: Stocking Associate (OVERNIGHT SHIFT)

HOURS: 10 PM to 5 AM

PAY RATE: $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, displays, coolers, and designated areas with products.
• Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO: First In, First Out).
• Keep aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Assist customers in locating products when needed.
• Build and maintain promotional and seasonal displays.
• Check expiration dates and remove damaged or outdated products.
• Report product shortages or inventory needs to the supervisor.

Duties

• Unload trucks and move merchandise to the sales floor or stockroom.
• Sort, organize, and store products in the backroom.
• Operate basic equipment such as manual pallet jacks.
• Follow all store safety rules and operational procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed based on store operations.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of retail or grocery stocking experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, walk, and stand for long periods.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability.
