Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced P2P Team Leader to oversee Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations for our client in the renewable energy sector. This role will lead a team of 10–15 finance and accounting professionals responsible for master data management, invoice processing, payments, and vendor query management.

The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, service delivery compliance, process improvement, and team development within a fast-paced shared services environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day P2P operations, including:
  • Vendor master data management
  • Invoice processing
  • Payment processing
  • Vendor query management
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of transactions.
  • Monitor team performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 10–15 finance and accounting analysts.
  • Assign tasks, balance workloads, and establish clear priorities.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular feedback discussions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational concerns and escalations.
  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure service expectations are met.
  • Resolve complex issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency.
  • Support automation initiatives and best-practice implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with established Group standards and process designs.

QualificationsRequired

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in finance or accounting operations.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred

  • CPA designation.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Exposure to process improvement and automation projects.
