Paid Media Specialist - Performance Marketing

The Paid Media Specialist - Performance Marketing are experienced Performance Marketer with minimum of 3 years professional experience in digital media management. He/she possesses a strong understanding of media strategies and performance analytics. Together with Performance Marketing Manager, he/she will design media plan and strategies & oversee Performance Marketing Associates to ensure proper media execution.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Performance Marketing Manager in crafting media plan and strategy
• Guide Performance Marketing Associates with regular campaign optimizations
• Play crucial role of creating A/B testing schedules and structures to be executed by Performance Marketing Associates
• Responsible in ensuring accurate execution of media buys based on plan and strategy developed with Performance Marketing Manager.
• Spearhead internal reporting and assist Performance Marketing Manager in external stakeholder management & reporting.
• Work closely with Performance Marketing Manager to identify crucial operational process improvements.
• Oversee wireframe creations, ensuring that structure / recommendation is backed by data.
• Ensure best practices and industry standards are being met in media executions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, Communications or Marketing Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning & buying. Experience in CPAS & onsite solutions are a plus.
• Intermediate Excel skills filters, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot is a plus
• Experience in media buying and planning
• Media Operations and Stakeholder management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
