General Requirements

All applicants must:

• Have reliable transportation to and from job sites

Painters / Skilled Laborers

Responsibilities may include:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, patching, priming)
• Protecting floors and surrounding areas
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Following company quality standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of painting or related construction experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work well as part of a team

Sales Consultant

Responsibilities may include:

• Meeting with potential customers
• Providing painting estimates and project consultations
• Communicating with clients regarding project scope and services
• Supporting coordination between customers and project teams
• Helping grow the company through strong customer relationships

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred

Subcontractors must provide:

• Proof of general liability insurance
• Professional painting experience

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing painting crews and job sites
• Ensuring projects stay on schedule
• Quality control and job site inspections
• Communicating with clients and team members
• Coordinating materials and project timelines

Leadership experience in construction, painting, or project management is preferred.
