Hiring Experienced Commercial Painters – Kingston Area

SCH is looking for senior, experienced painters (5+ years) to join our crew for upcoming commercial projects in Kingston and surrounding areas.

Please note, resumes without prior relevant experienced with commercial painting will be disregarded.

What we need:

• Strong skills in spraying and or cutting and rolling – efficient and accurate.
• Able to prep surfaces properly and keep a clean work area.
• Understand Health and Safety and keep policies. (exemplary to others)
• Ability to work independently on job and organize with HWT site supervisor.
• Team player – work well with site leads and crew members.
• Safety first – WHMIS, Working at Heights, and 4-Step Safety required (or willing to get).

Details:

• Paid skills tryout required before hiring.
• May ask for photos/references of past work.
• Pay: $25–$32/hour depending on experience.
• Full-time only. (7am-4pm)
• 3-month probationary period.

We have several multi-year projects and are looking to find capable team members to help us ensure schedules, quality, and compliance are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 44 per week
