Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a legal background to support our team in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents. This position is ideal for a law student, paralegal, or anyone with formal legal training. U.S. law knowledge is NOT REQUIRED, as the focus is primarily on understanding, organizing, and summarizing existing documentation.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and formal letters
• Summarize and annotate legal texts
• Review existing documents for consistency and clarity
• Assist in document formatting and organization
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documents meet required standards
• Conduct basic legal research (as needed)
• Maintain a filing system for legal documents and records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
