Key Practice Areas
- Wills, Probate & Estate Administration
- Family & Divorce Matters
- Dispute Resolution
On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Opening, monitoring, maintaining, and closing client files
- Managing client communications and relationships
- Conducting legal research and searches
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and letters
- Handling eLitigation filings
- Performing due diligence and conflict checks
Requirements
- Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent qualification
- Well-organised, independent, and proactive Strong command of written and spoken English
