Responsibilities:
Paralegal who provides support for the contract functions of the Legal Department as well as other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Required qualifications:
1. High School Diploma.
2. Minimum of four (4) years of experience in law firm or company setting performing legal tasks.
3. Strong computer skills and familiarity with legal software tools.

1. Paralegal certificate preferred.
2. Familiarity with and experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.

Pay Transparency:

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $24.00 to $46.00 . The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
