Position: Paralegal Specialist
Location: Mandaue, Cebu
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Paralegal Specialist who will handle the preparation of legal documents, contract management, and compliance with permits and regulations. The role requires strong legal drafting skills, government liaison capabilities, and an organized approach to document handling and regulatory monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or other related courses
- Proficient in legal documentation and regulatory compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- With valid driver’s license and willing to do fieldwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft contracts, agreements, affidavits, authorizations, certifications, and board resolutions.
- Prepare, organize, and file legal documents and case materials.
- Handle correspondence and communication letters for legal and business purposes.
- Maintain updated digital files and document tracking systems.
- Process permits for construction, occupancy, business, and sanitation across branches.
- Ensure compliance with BFP, DAR, BIR, and other government agencies.
- Facilitate the transfer of property titles including deed preparation and requirements processing.
- Process PPA accreditation, port passes, and renewal of operational permits.
