Position Overview

Geoparqueadero Facilities is seeking a reliable and proactive Parking Operations Assistant to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient daily management of our parking operations. You will be the primary on-site presence, assisting customers, monitoring facilities, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Assist drivers with entry/exit procedures, payment kiosks, validation, and general inquiries with a helpful attitude.
• Site Monitoring: Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility to ensure security, monitor traffic flow, and identify any hazards or maintenance needs.
• Revenue & System Support: Monitor automated parking barriers and payment systems, reporting technical faults and handling cash or digital transactions securely.
• Space Optimization: Direct traffic during peak hours or special events to maximize parking capacity and prevent congestion.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, security, or facility operations is a plus, but not required.
• Attributes: Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and basic technical aptitude to troubleshoot digital payment terminals.
• Physical Fitness: Comfort working outdoors and staying active on your feet throughout your shift.
• Eligibility: Valid working rights for the local region and a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
