Part-Time 5th/6th Grade Teacher

PART-TIME TEACHER POSITION AVAILABLE As a Part-time 5th/6th Grade Teacher, you will be essential in fostering a positive, Christian learning environment for students by teaching Science, Language Arts and 5th Grade Math. Reporting to the school principal, you will utilize your core skills in classroom management and communication to engage students effectively. Your premium skills in lesson planning will help create enriching educational experiences. Additionally, your relevant skills in trauma- informed and literacy education will support diverse learning needs. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the 5th and 6th-grade curriculum.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment for all students.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to support student development.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs or learning challenges.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.
• Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
