Rate: €13.50 per Hour

With Robyn’s extensive experience as the former manager of 3fe, a renowned specialty coffee company in Dublin, Low Lane is dedicated to offering high-quality specialty coffee and brunch-style dishes in a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and willing to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista at Low Lane, you will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages, serving customers at the table, and ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
• Table service
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Must be resident in Ireland and available for an in-person interview.
• Minimum educational qualification: Leaving Certificate.
• Must be available to work both weekends and weekdays, 5 days per week.
• Prior experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
