Part Time Cleaner, Derry, Nh (Weekends)

Job Summary

Saturdays and Sundays from 8am - 4:00pm, (16 hours per week).
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented janitorial service member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Conduct floor care activities including buffing and maintaining various types of flooring surfaces.
• Execute commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or issues that require attention.
• Maintain an organized cleaning supply closet and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance of various surfaces is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with mobile phone based applications.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Willing to pass a drug screen
