Part-Time Cleaner Wanted – Join Our Team!

SNS Clean Team is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our growing team. We value professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to high standards in every space we clean.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $15.00 – $16.00/hour
• Hours: 4-10 hours per week
• Schedule: Varies by assignment

Requirements:

• Must have a smartphone with Wi-Fi for app-based communication and time tracking.
• Use of Basecamp (for checklists) and Square Team app (for clocking in/out and schedules) is mandatory.
• Direct deposit every other Friday via Square.
• Must call (no texts) if unable to work a scheduled shift.
• Excessive call-offs may result in point deductions; extra shift coverage can earn bonus points.
• Cleaners are provided supplies for commercial accounts, but must bring their own supplies for residential and Airbnb cleans.
• Periodic quality checks will be performed; consistent performance is expected.

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience is required.
• References must be available for verification.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• We do not hire individuals currently employed with other cleaning companies to avoid conflicts of interest.
